Medical Summary:

Cerebral palsy and foetal alcohol syndrome, combined with retarded growth and epilepsy

Lee-Ann was grossly neglected and underfed at home – she nearly died as a result of this

Physically the size of a 2 year old, (she has doubled in size since the successful operation mentioned below)

Received a mickey implant for tube feeding in December 2008, as she has not yet learned to swallow / eat food
