Medical Summary:

Cerebral palsy, beginning stages of scoliosis, chronic ear infections and intermittent epileptic fits

Day-care centre closed and parents were forced to look for other facilities

At the same time it was decided to look for permanent care, as it is becoming more and more difficult to care for Rikus at home

Extremely limited mobility (only leopard crawls), cannot sit unaided

Badly needs a custom made side-lyer & custom fitted Shona buggy to stop the regression of the scoliosis (scolioses causes the chest to constrict as it gets worse and the children gets older, which has a severe impact on breathing capability). Quote available from Little Angels on request.
